Scot the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of multi-family apartment communities throughout central Florida. During his tenure in the multi-family industry Scot worked closely with owners, developers, vendors, etc. to ensure that his clients were provided an exceptional product and experience. After 10

years of working in the multi-family real estate industry a career shift and motivation from a close friend led Scot to residential real estate. The excitement of seeing renters become first time home owners was a motivating factor in his transition from multi-family renting to home ownership.

Prior to real estate Scot worked in the human services field for 9 years. Assisting people integrate into community living afforded him the opportunity to work with real estate professionals. Ironically it was during this time that he discovered his passion for working with people and real estate. Throughout hisprofessional career Scot’s role has been one of service and commitment to excellence. He uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
